I was a big big helloween fan in the mid-late 80's and saw you perform at the Hammersmith Odeon. That was one of the best gigs have ever been to.. You have a superb voice Michael. When are you gonna come and perform for the fans in the uk again.. JORN LANDE Leaves MASTERPLAN

Due to musical differences singer JORN LANDE left MASTERPLAN last week. According to an AFM news update, during work on their new album, Lande and the remaining band members (former HELLOWEEN guitarist Roland Grapow and drummer Uli Kusch, keyboardist Axel Mackenrott and bassist Jan S. Eckert) "were having different ideas and wishes for the songwriting. While Jorn would have loved to push the style of the band more into the melodic direction, the rest of the band wanted to go back to the metal-roots of the debut album. So the decision was made to go separate ways in the future."
Kusch comments about the split: “We are not really happy about Jorn's decision, but on the other side it doesn't make sense to continue if the ideas are that different. The music would suffer from it and the music is why we are doing it. We wish Jorn a successful future and want to thank him for everything he did for us. It was a great and interesting time!”
The band is currently searching for a new singer. “There are already some possibilities that might be interesting for us, but nothing is decided yet”, Kusch explains. “We hope that we can already present the new singer on the gigs we are playing this year. And for sure there won't be any changes in the musical style of Masterplan. We are currently working on the songs.”

hier meine ehrliche meinung:
bei helloween warst du die absolute nr.1, kein sänger einer anderen band konnte dich toppen. einige deiner solo-songs sind echt gut aber mir ist aufgefallen, das es alles immer langsamer wird und die richtigen kracher fehlen. du kannst wesentlich mehr als das was du auf den solo-album zeigst. ich wünsche dir, das alles so wird wie du es dir vorstellst und das du einen guten deal bekommst. wenn es allerdings ums geld verdienen geht, bist du wohl im metal besser aufgehoben da du dort die meisten fans hast.

Let me tell you that you are one of my favourite singers. I like so much your stuff with Helloween and solo records and espessially Supared and Place Vendome record. It`s great that your have found your musical direction and are happy with that.
But always when I hear your voice I think it with big guitar sounds and powerful metal, your voice is made to sing that kind of music just like Bruce Dickinson. He has also made very different kind of stuff in he`s solo career, like Skunkworks record. But now hes back what he does best.
Queensryche singer just told when he was asked about the Operation mindcrime 2 that why was now rght time to make it, and he answered that hes was having dinner with Mr.Dickinson...And Bruce asked why dont you gays make new Operation album, he also said that sometimes you have to make what fans want, becouse they made you how you are.
So please make even one great heavy album and all your fans are happy, and propably you get lots of many to make records more and more.

Habe mir soeben das neue Album und die IC Rerelease bei EMP bestellt !!
Kann es kaum erwarten.
An alle die guten Pop-Rock mögen:
Kauft dieses Album. Die Samples sind klasse.
Ich hoffe noch immer auf eine LIVE Aufführung !
Falls es Dein letztes Album werden sollte (was wir alle nicht hoffen) bitte geb den Leuten ´ne Chance Dich mal live zu erleben, für alle Deine Solo Alben gerne live interpretiert sehen möchten.
PS: Würde gerne einen Betrag sprenden, allerdings schmiert mein System immer wieder ab. Wie wäre es, wenn einfach eine Bankverbindung veröffentlich wird (Spendenkonto). Möchte mir ungern eine Paypal Konto zulegen (noch ein Passwort mehr, was man sich merken muss....).
